This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is what you are looking for in northwestern North Carolina! This farm has everything deer need. Plenty of food, water, and cover! The fields are cut for hay, plenty of grass for the deer. Some of the field edges are overgrown with tall grasses and briars, giving plenty of cover. A couple of these fields are secluded, and I am certain deer travel through them at all times of the day, especially during the rut. Woods are a mix of pines and hardwoods. The hardwoods do have some oaks in them. The property has good roads on it for access. While inspecting the property I saw a group of does crossing the fields. I found several trails and plenty of tracks. Rubs and scrapes can be found in abundance on this farm as well.

ATV use and Camping are acceptable for hunting purposes only.
